Paid for upgrade but my site hasn't upgraded yet

    Hello, I upgraded from a free plan, to a personal plan about two hours ago. The purchase appears to have gone through Paypal however my plan has not upgraded? Can you help me please and see if my payment was successful because my plan is still the free one and hasn’t changed subsequent to making the purchase

    Hi there,

    I checked your account and noticed that we’re receiving a 10486 error from Paypal. This usually occurs when your billing address is entered incorrectly. When this error occurs, Paypal’s API documents mentions:

    Using the existing token, redirect the customer back to PayPal to select a different funding source or to add a new funding source. See this How To guide for more information.

    All you need to do is click purchase again and fill in the correct billing details in your PayPal account when prompted (or maybe login to PayPal first and update it).

    I have tried two different cards to issue payment but it wouldn’t accept either saying my postal code can’t be accepted, and I tried via paypal but the same issue arose. The postal code I have entered is accurate. I tried entering n/a into the space provided for a postal code and I tried entering nothing at all but neither of these entries were accepted either. If I am unable to upgrade my site unfortunately I will have to close it down and start up a new website as my small photography business is growing.

    The postal code that you are entering – Does it happen to be a UK postal code? We have had issues with UK postal codes recently. If you provide the postal code, I’ll take a look and see if we can get the issue fixed for you. Thanks!
