Paid for Upgrades that aren’t working

  Hi, I paid for a Space upgrade and the Video upgrade earlier today, and hours later still cannot upload either video or audio. Is this normal? How long does it take for the upgrade to kick in? My payment has gone through, etc.

  Contact staff directly: http://support.wordpress.com/contact/ .

  It depends on the paypal transaction. If it went through and completed immediately (everything was verified) then typically they go through immediately. If not, then it can be a day or two depending on paypal.
