Paid for url but it doesnt work

  Guys, i paid to have my bluetenere.com url be the primary url but when i set it up it says that there are to many redirects and the website doesnt resolve. When i change it back to the .wordpress it works.

  I though what I was buying was the ability yo have the website url show without the .wordpress. If thats not the case then can i get a refund?

  (i do own bluetenere.com…right now it is set up to forward to the wordpress)

  Lemme know what i need to do please

  http://bluetenere.com/ appears to be working properly.

  It can take domain changes up to 72 hours (though usually much less) to propagate to your ISP. Unfortunately, we have no control over this as it all depends on how often your ISP refreshes their DNS cache.
