Paid for WordPress premium yet am not able to use premium features

  Hi,

  I have paid for wordpress premium on 1st may 2017, still am not able to update my blog to premium and its still shown as free site.

  Have posted a message earlier and was told that a engineer would be contacting me and no communication has been done so far from the wordpress team.

  Please do look in the matter and looking forward for a response.

  I checked and saw that the premium subscription under your account was deactivated due to the chargeback dispute that you issued. I can reactivate the subscription for you no problem. Were you wanting your domain mapping subscription for framesnfilms.com reactivated as well?

  I was wanting the domain mapping but not to framesnfilms.com but to a new domain framesandfilms.com
