Paid for yet services inactive!

    I paid INR 3360 for the Premium Plan, including free domain tranfer for 1 year for aboahasa.org on 4th of July 2021. Even though the said amount got deducted the services are not active till date.

    Hi there,

    You are logged into the wrong account. The todoso account you’re using to post here has never bought any paid upgrades from us, and only own two sites on our free plan.

    The domain, aboahasa.org, is connected to a WordPress.com site in a completely different account, and that site currently has the Premium Plan active. If you log into the account that you used to buy that plan, you’ll see your upgraded site there.
