Hi @glasbeauty, it looks like you have two accounts, and the upgraded site is on the other one. There are a lot of ways to solve this; here are two common options:
- Did you get an email receipt? If so, can you log out and log back in using that email address?
- Or, if you had someone else make the purchase for you, have them open a chat so we can help them get it transferred to you.
If the first option isn’t working for you and the second isn’t relevant, please update us here with more details, and we’ll sort something out. If all else fails, you can also use our account recovery process mentioned here.

Hi @supernovia I don’t have a receipt so I’m not sure what this account is. I made the purchase – you aren’t able to tell me the account? I can go through my saved passwords and see if I can find it. Otherwise I’m not sure how.

Hi @supernovia I’m writing to you from @sciobhanlouise and I have access to @glasbeauty both of these accounts have no billing history, payments, receipts in either associated billing bemoan address but most importantly the upgrade on the account that I paid for. Can you please assist.

Hi! Thanks for sharing that. It’s under another user account still… do you have an email address you use for a business? Could you check that? I’ll see if we can resend the receipt or something there.
I won’t be able to respond right away, but if you still can’t find the correct email address, can you fill out the account recovery form? I’d recommend using the transaction ID. Don’t share that here. Do share it in the secure form and we’ll go from there.

oh my goodness how on earth did that happen – I have the account. I can’t access it thought it keep going to one of my clients sites when l I try. How do I fix this? Pls help!
