Paid in January 2023, but it appears I’m on a free plan now?

    I think the subject says it all. I’m so confused. https://wordpress.com/view/joannesrecipescom.wordpress.com (it’s supposed to be http://www.joannesrecipes.com as I paid and transferred the domain).

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    @larrimallan Again, site owners do not need to make their Private site publicly available to receive assistance in these forums. In this case, making her site Public would not have resolved this as it concerned a custom domain issue which is better handled by Support. Cheers.

    I just wanted to check in and see if you still needed help with this.

    To clarify, you have one active WordPress.com Premium plan. This plan is on the site joannesrecipescom.wordpress.com.

    You can replace the site address joannesrecipescom.wordpress.com with joannesrecipes.com by heading to My Site → Upgrades → Domains → three dots beside joannesrecipes.com → Make primary site address

    Thank you, Mishivee. I purchased another premium plan so I could chat with someone. Most of the issue was resolved, but most of the refund didn’t happen. I am not going to mess with anything until Monday. The stress from dealing with the team that screwed my site up and the resulting disasters has me stressed to the max. I feel like raccoons are playing with my brain in the attic. I’ll return to you on Monday, if that’s ok.
