  Are wordpress.com users allowed to accept paypal payments from other bloggers for posting their link up on blogroll? I have other bloggers willing to pay me for putting up their link but I wasn’t sure if this was against the rules.

  How would anyone find out? I know a non-vip wordpress.com blogger that offers certain content for a small fee through paypal.

  Well, to be fair, a lot of people speed and drive drunk and do other things also and get away with it until they get caught.

  How would anyone know?

  Some one that’s unhappy with a result clicks a “Report” button.
