  This paid email newsletter feature is not working on our site even though we have a premium account with WordPress.

  Hi there – Could you tell me a little more about the paid email newsletter feature and where it comes from?

  For example, did you purchase this through a 3rd party with the understanding that it would work on WordPress sites?
