Paid plan, but denied customer service

i have a paid plan, and i have received multiple emails saying i need to spend 5 minutes updating information to continue receiving payouts. AI denies customer service saying i do not have a paid plan but i have wordpress receipts for $359 accessible on my bluehost account. Bluehost customer service cannot help. Do i just cancel my site and start new with a new provider that is accessible?

This isn’t BlueHost. This is the host WordPress.com where you have created this new account a few hours ago. You need to log out from here and log back in to your site using your original credentials not the password you used here. Cancelling here won’t help you get somewhere else.
