Paid plan but no access

Hi! I have a site from you with a paid domain plan.

I created it years ago with my old email address.

And since then, I haven’t really used my account, but the old log-in details are still existing. Because I haven’t used the site for years, I don’t remember my password, and when I try to get it reset, obviously all the helpful information about resetting my log-in details/password goes to my old email address.

The only thing is that the email and the whole server doesn’t exist anymore, so your emails are sent to nowhere at the moment, and I have no way to log-in to my account. The paid domain-plan from you is still charging my debit card though, and it’s funny that you are able to do that, even though I assume I haven’t logged into my account for years. I actually don’t know how I have been able to send you my new card details some years ago, when I haven’t even used my old email anymore.

But anyways, I would like to get back to my account so I could edit the site.

    Have a great day :)

    Hi there!

What’s the address of that site?
Have you already tried to fill in the Account Recovery form?

    https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

Since you have a paid upgrade, you should have no problem finding the transaction id and using it to regain access.
