PAID PLAN DOMAIN NOT WORKING STUCK ON STAGING SITE CHAT BOT KEEPS CIRCLING

  Please help! We are stuck on your AI chat bot. We have a PAID BUSINESS PLAN with wordpress.com and cannot access the domain that we purchased as well. Our website domains DNS is not accessible and is not mapped properly to our website. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! WE NEED HELP IMMEDIATLY!! We keep getting told by the AI chat bot that we have a free plan and not a paid plan and we absolutely have a paid plan. There are receipts in the account. The domain / website is https://afscmecouncil66.org/ It is showing the staging domain and we can’t even access the actual domain that we purchased. We also need to access the domain for MX records. We have an important conference that we are going to. This is completely unacceptable!

  TO ADD TO THIS, we also try to “upgrade a plan” even though our plan is business and we can’t even pretend to upgrade, the page goes nowhere.
