Paid plan help after cancellation

I recently canceled my paid business plan and was refunded, however it made my plan go back to the free version when I initially had the premium plan that I had paid $96/year for. I don’t see why I would have to upgrade again to premium as I had already paid for it prior. I had only tried business plan for less than 14 days. I would like to go back to the premium plan or the business plan. Please help me fix this issue.

Taking a look at your account, you’re correct! We should have reverted you back to the Premium plan, so I went ahead and restored that for you with your original expiration date of 2023-11-04.
