Paid premium showing no new domain name

  i bought a paid plan but did not get my custom domain name….journeytogethertosucceed.wordpress.com is my paid site.

  also please help me i cant log into it. i lost my username and password for it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Please recover your paid account by following steps listed in support document below.
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

  Once you have recovered your account, login from the same and post your question regarding the custom domain so that we can address it.

  Hi gaonesibanda1,

  journeytogethertosucceed.wordpress.com was created using a different account — you will need to login as gaonesibanda in order to manage that site.

  Please try resetting the password for the other account with the username gaonesibanda:

  https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

  Come back to me if you have any problems.

  Thank you for your response. I tried that username it won’t let me in instead it takes me to.my other 2 newest sites.

  If I remember correctly I think I had used an old work email (email visible only to moderators and staff) email to login. Unfortunately I don’t have that email anymore.

  Is there anyway I can login again into the paid site?

  Your last reply came from gaonesibanda so you are logged into the correct account now. Are you able to see journeytogethertosucceed.wordpress.com in My Sites at the top left?

  I think I had used an old work email (email visible only to moderators and staff) email to login.

  That email address isn’t connected to any WordPress.com accounts. The current email address for your gaonesibanda account is listed on the Account Settings page (note that gaonesibanda will be displayed in the username field if you are logged into the correct account).
