Hello, we are currently looking for a questions and answers plugin just like DW Question & Answer plugin on wordpress. But what we want is to have people pay a yearly sum to get access to that page.
What we need is the following:
1. Yearly automated subscription.
2. After payment, the user will receive the login information by email, automatically.
3. A knowledgebase where every client can see recently answered questions.
4. Our staff needs to have their own page within the knowledgebase so that clients can choose who to ask.
5. We also want a general section where they can ask a question so every one of our staff can choose to answer.
6. Our staff gets notified by email when someone asks a question.
7. An option to take payment for each question.
8. Every question needs to be in private.Is there anything even remotely close to what I’m asking for here?

To use any plugin at all on WordPress.com you will need the Business Plan upgrade.
As for which plugins you need, it’s best to ask in the self-hosted forums instead where the users have more experience with the different plugins that are available:

For the subscription aspect the WooCommerce plugin with the premium Subscriptions and/or Memberships extension should work, but I cannot recommend any plugins for the Q&A aspect of the site.
