Paid Services Issue located account

    My credit card is attached to an account I can not find. I need to cancel the plan. How do I go about resolving this issue?

    I’ve been charged on my credit card for Jetpack services and I am unable to located the account that my credit card is attached to.

    I noticed that you sent an email regarding the transaction information, but it seems that it was mistakenly directed to WordPress.com support. Not to worry! I’ve already notified Jetpack support about this issue, and they will review your message and get back to you.
