upgraded to $48 plan but website did not go live when transaction completed.

Can you please go to “My Sites” option which is on the upper right corner of your screen,
click on the site which you’ve upgraded for, and choose the site which you’ve upgraded for and then click on the “Plans” tab and you’ll be able to see the plan which you’ve chosen to upgrade for.If you’ve upgraded you should be able to see the “Free domain credit” notification, are you able to?

The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased an upgrades, so it looks like you have more than one account. Can you send a link to the site you purchased a plan for?
Please don’t post any transaction IDs here, a link to the site is the only information I need for now.
