I have my first paid subscriber but they can’t access the content that’s meant to be for “subscriber only view”. On my subscriber list they show up as “free” although it does say I have made a sale and have one subscriber elsewhere. Before I advertise further can you help? I would like all my subscribers to access all the paid content blocks. thank you

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey there @oncologyreg, I’ve seen this once where someone got some subscribers on a payment plan, then removed it and made a new one, likely in an attempt to adjust settings. Is there any chance that’s happened here?

If so I think we can find a way to get those migrated. Please let us know. Also, it may be faster to reach out to support directly here.

Hi @oncologyreg – can you confirm whether paid subscribers are still having issues?

Here’s what a subscriber should see on a paid article:

    • Invitation to Subscribe, with a link for “I’m already a paid subscriber”
    • They’ll confirm they are a subscriber:
      • If they are logged in, they only have to click a link
      • If they aren’t logged in, they need to enter their email address, then use a confirmation code
    • They should be able to access paid content after that

And they’ll need to re-authenticate like that if it’s been some time since they visited the site, or if they are using another browser.

Also, I want to clarify there was a glitch last week with this, but it was solved quickly. I’m wondering whether they couldn’t log in then, but now they can. Let us know whether you’re running into any issues.

thanks very much! It is sorted now. It was likely a glitch and I also reset the whole payment plan so that updates to the plan weren’t causing a problem and it has been fine since thank you! I”m new to this. Have had 5-6 further subscribers with no problem thanks

Thank you @oncologyreg! Glad it’s working.

I also couldn’t help but notice the name of the plan: do you want us to add a feature request about offering yearly-only subscriptions?
