Paid Subscriber Not Showing up in Jetpack Subscribers

  Hi,

  I have a customer who purchased a membership to my website through the Jetpack Paid Content Block.
  I cannot see this customer in the list of subscribers on Jetpack and the customer is unable to access the paid content. I can see a successful transaction on Stripe so the customers payment did go through.

  Can you please help add the customer to the list of paid subscribers on my website?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes
