    I already paid for 2 yrs for the basic plan. I want to upgrade and get a domain name but you want to charge again just for the basic plan. Help.

    Hello –

    It sounds like this purchase was made under a different user account. Do you have an emailed receipt from us? You are correct that the domain is included with that hosting plan and no additional purchase is needed.
