Paid subscription not working

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hi,

Sorry to bother you guys but I am a long time customer of GoDaddy although their websites are s*** so today I had my service turned over to you using the domain name allamericanroofsandsiding.com supposed to be for a premium service for just under 2 years?

Bottom line is I didn’t receive a link from them and I don’t know how to get started and the process to launch your own domain name?
When I try to use the website builder it asks me to upgrade for more add ons. As if you’re system is unaware of the agreement and transaction between myself and GoDaddy or what the protocol is to activate new service such as mine?

I would greatly appreciate your help!

    Best Regards,
    Edward

    Hi allamericanroofingcontractor

    – Your domain allamericanroofsandsiding.com is still pointing to domaincontrol. Have you just change your setting and pointed this domain to WordPress or what issue exactly you are facing.

Bottom line is I didn’t receive a link from them and I don’t know how to get started and the process to launch your own domain name?

If you want to use WordPress.com now then here is the quick start guide that will help you to use WordPress

    Hope this helps.
