Paid Subscription Query & Help Needed

    I wish to convert my free wordpress blog into a website by taking up a paid plan. However I do not have a Credit card to pay online. I wish to know the complete bank details to make a swift transfer and to do that my bank has also asked for an Invoice from wordpress to make the online swift transfer.

    I also wish to know if I take up a paid plan will the wordpress team help me with the following-

    1. Creating a website and transferring all my blogs on my webpage?
    2. Creating relevant contents for my website?
    3. Hosting and optimizing my website on google search?
    4. will I get unlimited number of email accounts with the paid plan?
    5. Can the wordpress team help me in creating an app and integrate this with a CRM?
    6. Can wordpress help me in making my website automated and will i be botheration free to update it from time to time?

    Hi Ravi – All the accepted payment methods are found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/ You will need to pay for your upgrade in full at the time of purchase with one of the methods listed there. WordPress.com is unable to send an invoice for payment.

    1.You are able to transfer your content with these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/
    2. WordPress.com will not create any content for your blog or site, that is up to you.
    3.All WordPress.com sites that are registered here are also hosted here. If you want to host the blog yourself you will need to purhcase self hosting and then also use WordPress.org. WordPress.org is separate from WordPress.com. Please read about that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
    You will also be able to optimize your own Google Search results: https://en.support.wordpress.com/search-engines/
    4. You can add email addresses via Zoho: https://en.support.wordpress.com/add-email/
    5. No, WordPress.com will not help you build an app, regardless of your plan. Most themes are mobile responsive, and they will look great on any device.
    6. You will need to build the site yourself using WordPress.com, or find someone to do it for you. Staff can help you sort out features of your theme or answer questions, help in that way, but they aren’t able to build it for you.
