  Hi there – I had a business plan and subsequently canceled it. Will I receive a credit?

  Hi there, refunds for plans and premium themes are available for 30 days from date of purchase and new custom domain registrations for 96 hours from purchase.

  If your plan falls within that refund period, you can initiate the refund in your Manage Purchases dashboard: https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/

  What is the URL of the site with the canceled Business plan? I’m not seeing any recent purchases that would fall within our refund window.

  Thank you – it’s outside of the window, so how can I get my plan re-instated if possible since I’m still within the window to keep it?
