Paid Support Talk to Staff

    I do not yet have a paid account. I would gladly pay a one-time fee to e-mail with or chat with a staff person because I have a very specific question involving WordPress and another website. If the answer is what I hope it is, I’ll be glad to sign up for a paid service at that point, but I don’t want to sign up for a year long service to get help this one time in case the answer is that it won’t work. Is there anyway to do that? Other servers I’ve dealt with have a paid for individual question support, but I don’t see that here. Am I just missing it? Thanks!
