Paid Theme

  I downloaded a paid theme but I don’t know how to use it. I wanted to use it for my regular website. I just paid $40 for a theme hoping to use it as a template for my regular website with my own domain name but I don’t know how to customize it or upload to my pair.com hosting site

  The only themes that can be used on WordPress.com are here: http://theme.wordpress.com/

  You are not able to upload one from another source. More information here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/

  If you really want to use another theme, you may want to use WordPress.ORG. See here for a full comparison WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org
