Paid theme

    Hi! I have a free plan account here in WordPress, and I am using a free theme. I am planning to purchase a paid theme. I have few inquiries:

    1) Will I be able to customize it more, like changing the color or the header bar, the layout?
    2) Does it have a website builder even though I am only subscribed to a free plan or not?
    3) Do I need to upgrade my plan so that I can have an advanced customization to the site?

    Bottomline is, I want to customize my site more, design-wise. Please advise.
