Paid through PayPal for business account money has been taken but the account hasnt changed its plan

    I have paid for a business plan but it has not worked. Money has been taken no domain has been sorted. I am furious.

    Your account merseyrod is only 20 minutes old. I guess your Business Plan is connected to another account.
    As you have a paid plan, you can very easily restore access at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

    I can see a Business Plan and the domain, mersey-rod.com, on your account, both bought yesterday. It looks like the payment took a bit of time to come through to us from PayPal’s end, but the upgrades were created on your site the moment that process was completed.

    @staartmees    , the fact that an account is new doesn’t automatically mean the upgrade is under a different account. Our account creation flow includes the chance to immediately buy upgrades for a site the moment you create it, and most paid subscribers on WordPress.com upgrade during account creation.
