Paid to remove ads but still have ads on my blog
-
I’ve paid to remove ads from my blog yet they still remain. Is this a feature I need to enable after I have paid for this service? I am disappointed to see that you’ve gone the way of cluttering content with shameless advertising but I do understand that it costs money to offer a service like this. Because I have been using WordPress for years and have learned to trust you, I spent the money to remove all advertising. My blog is cluttered with very unprofessional and distracting advertising content that I need to remove immediately. Please advise.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I checked and the ads have already been disabled. Can you please try clearing out your cache?
Otherwise please send us a screenshot of the page where you’re seeing this.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

I’m still seeing ads after clearing cache, cookies, history & then rebooting my machine. After the page loads, ads are then loaded in a few more seconds. Here’s a screen shot taken a few minutes ago: http://sdrv.ms/YHys16

Those ads are not placed on your site by WordPress.com. They are being placed there by software on your own computer. Notice the text below that says “Ads not by this site”? These ads are sometimes caused by malware or a virus, but more often it is due to a browser extension or toolbar that you may have installed in your browser.
These sites have further explanation and suggestions for eliminating the ads:
