Paid to upgrade to Premium but still have .wordpress.com domain??

  I have paid for an upgrade to Premium, there was a delay in the payment while I had to confirm the transaction with my bank. The payment has now gone through but my account and domain name have not been upgraded to the one I purchased. Any ideas what I may be doing wrong here??

  I don’t see any charges to your account. Can you email us at the following address, so we can take a closer look in private? I suspect you might have a 2nd WordPress.com account somewhere.
