Paid up URLs

  I have two paid up URLs. If I go to the Basic from Premium, will I lose both? Will I receive a refund/partial refund at that point?

  Hi @shoredreamer, could you log into the account(s) that own the domains? Generally we don’t refund on upgrade, but you may have some discount showing there.

  You’ll just want to be sure to use the correct logins to upgrade. Upgrade with the usernames that own the domains.

  And, you won’t lose the domains — you’d be upgrading the plan associated with them. Hoping this helps!
