Paid Upgrade and don´t have it anymore

  I already posted a lot of personal info on here including my bank information. Answer I get to sign into different emails…I did, still my upgrade is gone. Now I am ask to upgrade again. Why? When I pay for something I like to have the service and no way to fixe it, beside writing on a forum. Why is not WordPress responding?
  I am getting really upset about this. It also impacts my business I just started.
  Anyone can help on this please.
