Paid Upgrade Disappeared

Hello,
I paid for the personal website ($5 month). The payment went through. Everything was fine. I wasn’t able to map my domain name to WordPress last time I was on and I was going to do that today. I log on and everything is gone. I have no trace of my payment on the website either.

Hi there, if the WordPressdotcom upgrade went through successfully, you would see it in your billing history at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
Since all WordPressdotcom upgrade plans are paid for a full year in advance, you would have paid the full US$48 for the Personal plan (US$4/month billed annually) at the time of checkout.
Please check your billing dashboard and let us know what you find.
Also, is it possible you are referring to a different site other than ateliergontan.wordpress.com ?

Hi,
Last time I was logged on it went through. It has disappeared is what I’m saying. I have an email from WordPress saying the payment was accepted as well as my bank account records showing I paid the $60 (CAD). When I log on it says that I need to pay it again. Everything is back in the cart. I paid it on May 5th.
No, I’m not referring to another site. I was going to map ateliergontan.com, a domain that I already own.
