Paid upgrade forgotten login/password?

  Hello, I believe we are upgraded WordPress members; however, we’re having trouble locating the login. Specifically, we would like to access the premium live chat help for advice with a complicated problem we’re having.

  The account you’re logged in is here, thespoiledmama, does not own any upgrades or sites. What is the address of the site for which you bought Premium?
