    Looking at the account I do not find any active upgrades or purchases. I do see that y’all used to have a premium plan. It has since expired. You’ll be able to add that again from here:

  • @ladyhamiltonclub I just want to add, if you had bought a plan more recently, there’s a chance it’s under another account. You should be able to log out, then log in using the email address that has a receipt. Or if the previous plan has indeed expired, you’re welcome to purchase again. Please let us know if you need more assistance with this!
