paid upgrade not working

  I paid for a premium upgrade in Jan and now it’s not showing up on my blog and in my billing history it also shows that i will renew it in 4 months. Can someone please let me know why it’s not applying any longer.

  I bought the PREMIUM for $99 in Jan when I signed up for WordPress
  I am trying to add something and it’s not letting me because It says I have the basic package, but I don’t. My billing history states I bought the premium and I remember it working fine before.
