Paid upgrade to business plan but my access has been removed to free plan.
-
I paid $300 for a business plan but no access to my paid business plan account. I contacted support via chat but no one replied within 2 days. Here are the concerns regarding my recent account upgrade and the subsequent issues I’ve encountered. On August 30th, I purchased a Premium Plan for $96/year, which included the domain. The following day, August 31st, I decided to upgrade to a Business Plan and was charged an additional $300 for the same domain name.
Initially, I assumed my original Premium Plan payment would be fully transferred to the Business Plan, thus preventing any double-charging. To my surprise, after upgrading to the business plan, I canceled the Premium Plan, I discovered that I was only refunded $83, thereby not accounting for the full cost of the Premium Plan.
On top of the financial discrepancy, I have encountered a troubling issue; despite paying $300 for the upgrade, today I noticed that my access to the Business Plan features has been unexpectedly removed.
given these unexpected complications, I kindly ask for advice on how to
- Restore my access to the Business Plan immediately, as I have already incurred the relevant charge for this service.
- Provide a detailed explanation concerning the refund amount of $83 instead of the full Premium Plan cost, and clarify whether I should expect an additional refund or credit to account for the overlap in service plan payments.
I understand that errors can happen, but I am seeking a resolution to these issues.
