  what are you talking about? None of the wordpress.COM blogs have powered by at the bottom and you can’t change the “Blog at wordpress.com” part with the CSS upgrade as far as I know.

  @aw1923 is correct. The “blog at wordpress.COM is in the underlying theme PHP script files and we do not have access to those files.
