paid upgrade with multiple accounts

  I have two different usernames/accounts–one for my personal blog, and one for a blog I’m setting up for my business organization. Under my personal account, I have paid for the CSS custom upgrade. Can I apply this upgrade to the other account as well, since I am the owner of both accounts?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No, the paid CSS upgrade applies to the blog, not the account. If you had three blogs under the same account, you would need three CSS upgrades to be able to edit the CSS on all three blogs.
