(Paid) Website, issue signing in to gain access to Customer Service

This morning I came in and the website “Can’t Be Reached”. It isn’t our internet connection as all other sites are working. Because of this we can’t login to Word Press and access Customer Service to see what the issue may be.
Is there any other way to contact WP Customer Service or is there someone with some knowledge regarding this situation?
