Paid with Bitcoins, refund not available.

  Hi! I paid $99 upgrade in Bitcoins, but I realized I cannot use my own theme on wordpress.com. When I try to issue a refund it says “$0”. Also your support documents says “You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase”. So, the question is: how do we solve this?

  To clarify: I am not asking refund in Bitcoins, but pointing to the fact that Bitcoin payment will show as paying $0 (which is not true) and rendering refund completely impossible.
