paid wordpress.com account and rest api?

    if i have a worpress.com paid account (personal or premium), is there a way to use the rest api? i have another PHP website and i’d like to display my latest 5 blog posts. i’m currently querying the database and displaying it. if i get a wordpress.com account, i doubt i’ll have access to query the database like i do now with self-hosted wordpress. any documentations or information? thanks.
