Paid yearly fee. Account still in ‘free’ mode…

  I made a yearly fee payment of US$96 but still my account shows ‘free’ mode and asks me to make another Us$96 payment… Please let me know what is going on. By the way, it’s extremely hard to find WordPress people (public forums won’t help me here i guess)…

  I am adding modlook tag for staff intervention. They will get back to you on this thread and will look into the issue. By the time, please confirm the username and website URL for which you paid this amount. This information will help staff in investigating the issue.

  I also have a payment confirmation code (there could be a chance that the payment was made for a different website, but i don’t know which one as i do not see any bill anymore – also not in my email). But based on the payment confirmation you should know for which website / user it is. Should i share the 10 digit code here?
