Paiement with no invoice

    Hi,
    We have been charged for an amount recently with WordPress. However, we are not using your platform for a few months now since we migrated to a new platform. Could you please advise if I can speak to a representative that could clarify this ?

    We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

    If you don’t have that transaction ID, please provide your site URL and we’ll be better able to advise.
