Pairing tagged form results with (limited amount of) specific users

    Hi there,

    Are there any plugins that can forward form results to specific users based on tags used in the forms & limit how many users will receive those forwards?
    F.e. One time visiter needs X in area 1. The database matches supplier from X or nearest alternative and sends top 5 suppliers a notification about the request.
    Paying and highly rated accounts get a premium access, non paying get the notifications delayed.
