Pakistan not included in payment options

I am trying to register the domain yasminelahi.com for the blog yasminelahi.wordpress.com but unfortunatly Pakistan not included in payment options for payment by credit card. Please guide me how to complete the purchase

WordPress.com accepts payments by major credit cards from approved countries and PayPal supported countries.
WordPress.com uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/ Pakistan is not a supported country.

Sadly, that was not the reply I was willing to hear.
The only option now I guess is to move to a self-hosted blog. Would I be able to migrate the followers and the likes on the post?
Would simple domain mapping be available for Pakistani users?
