pam that looks like trackbacks/comments powered by wordpress

Once again I’m receiving cleverly worded spam from two blogs full of nothing but advertising. Please note that this is the title of the blog article I posted “Canadian and American Campus “greening” initiatives”.
In the footer of the spam this is what I find:
“This site takes no responsobility on content which may appear on pages. All content belongs to their owners.
‘Canadian and American Campus “greening” initiatives Blog Digest’ is proudly powered by WordPress Entries (RSS) and Comments (RSS).” -
Use the “Report as Spam” button when you’re on their site. I did this for a blog yesterday and it was nuked very shortly afterwards. WordPress is not up for hosting blog scraping spammers. The blog I had nuked was posting two or three times a minute, obviously bot driven, all content taken from other sources (not one word original), it was snippets with READ MORE, but there was obviously no editorial conscience behind this, it was just grabbing whatever it could find and throwing it up automatically. The blog had only two links in the Blogroll, both to for-profit websites. WordPress took a look and it go byebye really fast.

All they scrape is what is available in the rss summary with a link back to my blog. The blog contains no real content other than what I have described and advertising. There are multiple blogs all named in a accord with my categories and the text title strings from my blog. The url’s always contain .xenblogs and I have been marking them as spam for akismet.
I have received an answer from staff. “As far as I know there is nothing we can do for self hosted WordPress blogs. If someone is infringing on your copyright or other rights than possibly there is other channels available to you.”
meh … I won’t be wasting my time and energy on this. -
If they have advertising, shouldn’t that get them offed on that basis alone? Or is it WordPress.org instead of WordPress.com?

I got the same problem except mine was on a post that I had put up some drawings off. I just ignored it and I do know a couple of other people had the same problem. Seems like a blogbot is running loose.
