Panel Page is not Showing Featured Image as background

  I set several times featured image but it’s not showing on homepage as background to text.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Looks like you referring to your previously used theme, Shoreditch. Have you followed the instructions provided in the theme’s page?
