Panel Page Template not working

  Im trying to set up my front page as a static front page with the panel page layout and have followed the instructions on the template info page. I have selected a parent page and some child pages that are meant to be listed below the feature image but instead are coming up as full screen pages? How can I correct this?

  It looks to me like you have a Business plan. If I am correct then have you tried using live chat support? https://en.support.wordpress.com/live-chat/ All sites with upgraded plans include access to live chat support. https://wordpress.com/help/contact At times when all operators are busy or unavailable, you’ll be able to get through to private email support.
