Hello @nikhir,
As a result of putting your site on private we aren’t able to see what your theme is and get a visual representation of your issue. However, I recommend contacting wordpress support through the contact form as opposed to our forums so you can get a more well guided walkthrough and have a bit more privacy as you would like.
Best,
Bill -
Staff support is automatically provided for all who have the required upgrade in the CSS customization Forum. Volunteers cannot view private sites: only Staff can do that. We Volunteers do not ask for privacy to be removed or to be made into official users of such sites. Please be patient while waiting for a Staff follow-up.

Yes, I know. Which is why I explained to the OP to contact Staff through the contact form.

Thanks, buddies.
But as I had emailed them, they told me to check in the forums. Will get back to the chat support team then. -
@nikhilr, the panel layout is only available for the site front page. Other pages cannot be use that layout, and it cannot be generated with CSS.
You could sort of simulate that look using HTML with a static page, and then some additional CSS to style that content, but it would be quite a bit of work.
