Pantheon wordpress plugin missing options?

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hello,

I am in the process of setting up a new website in pantheon using their wordpress plugin, however, I am finding a lot of menu options, especially with plugins, to be missing. Many of these pertain to customizations and integrations. Is there a workaround to this?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  • Hey there, thanks for your patience. I want to say Pantheon is doing their own thing with a “headless” version WordPress, and its settings will likely be quite different from a standard WordPress installation. You might get in touch with them to see what they require for that.

If you were to host the site here with us, our free sites would also be lacking several menu options—plugins in particular, as we need to keep the infrastructure and support fairly simple to keep them free.

But the Business Plan unlocks the full glory of WordPress, while we provide maintenance, backups, support, and other management for you. If you’d be interested in that, let us know what you have in mind for your site or sites, and we can make a recommendation. Cheers!
